Vallejo NAACP: An example of wasted time of overcoming racism

Ummm... this is a flier for a gathering in Vallejo, titled "Walking Each Other Home: A National Conversation On Race", organized by the Vallejo NAACP to address racism, but without a local context, and specifically with censorship of the local drug wars and extra-judicial street-executions against primarily lower-income people of color.
The washing away of the actual incidents of racist oppression with this event shows how the Vallejo NAACP want to make it appear that the question of race has nothing concrete to provide the community except for providing a platform for "feelings" and "dialogue" that censors the question of class oppression.
The price: $50 to $100 (to keep out the poor, y'dig?)
